Building a Great Team!

Back in 2008, I started with Real Estate Riches which is based locally in Reading, PA which is where I lived. I was always hype after the class and I wanted to get a property and get going so I can be a great real estate investor. However, 8 houses later, I realized if you don't have a good team, it is hard to do it by yourself. There are always mistake to be made and the wrong investment can cost you to lost money too. However, a few months ago, I keep getting emails from Keys 2 Retirement which is a parent of Real Estate Riches, I decided to give it another shot and I went to their Mastermind Meeting. I was blown away because of the things they are doing and they sincerely wants to make me successful by helping me find a house to invest, run the number with me in person, get the contractor and get the house rehab, and then help me to sell the house for a profit. This is the closest I ever get to getting a great team. I am excited because I am getting ready to close on a house in Baltimore, MA and the numbers look good and I can't wait till it's rehab, and ready for flip.
