Hey guys just finished the 30 Day Quick Cash book by Dean ...

I must say Craigslist is awesome! I've been getting great buyer leads from there ...

I also have 2 agents so far I'm not sure if I should just pick one or work with them both hmmmm either way I think I will be fine lol!

Right now I plan to start off bird-dogging and then work my way as my confidence builds

I will keep you guys updated as I go along

So Far ..

Ok soooooo...

Here's where i'm at so far.. since posting ads on craigs, I actually found a buyer when i went to the real estated wanted section and his ad stated that he would pay 1000 dollars for someone to locate properties

I called him and got the specifics of everything .. this is what i've come up with he doesnt want any properties that have been listed anywhere hmmm ok? And nothing over $40,000

so now i have to get out there and dig deeper but i must say this is rather fun and addictive Smiling

working locating on locating properties for one of my
buyers to bird-dog to, another one contacted me about
a listing i put on craigslist .. he stated he was looking
for a vacation home and was interested in the one that I listed

So I politely ask how much would he offer for a finders fee
and he said he was fairly new at this so am I asking (yikes!)

I told him 500 dollars and he going to check the place out
this saturday at 11 .. I know it isnt much but I didnt be too
greedy

I hope it all works out in the end ...

keep both of the agents. It's like fishing, the more lines you have out there, the better chance you have of catching one.
