OfflineI closing on a deal or two within a week from now and wanted to get a recommendation of title company in my area and neighboring county as well(Sacramento, CA). A title company that specializes in double closing in all kinds of deals including REO. I have couple on my list but looking for more additional, thank you.

Are you a member of an REI club in your area? If so contact the members there and ask who they're useing, If your flipping any of those deals most of time the buyers have a title company they like to use for closing. Good job and congrads on getting your deals done and closed...John H.

I haven't sign for a REI membership but wanted to be part of the club since I started the real estate niche. I wast pretty much pre-occupied on a task at hand. I will be attending the meeting this month and join in, thanks John.

And, check your local REIA club. Also, ask your realtor for a couple title co. references.
