Looking for a Partner in Central CT

Hello Everyone!
My name is Steve, and I'm looking for a partner for real estate deals in central CT.
I completed a very successful rehab of a 2-family home last year, and I'd like to do another project in 2012.
I'm a licensed architect, with lots of construction/rehab connections, VERY positive attitude and open to any and all opportunities.
