I wanted to find out if there is anyone from my are Massachusetts? That could possibly help me with finding a Private Money Lender. I have found great deals however not the funding. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. I only need to get one deal done get some profit to invest in the second property and get me started. I am a newbie at the DG family but am willing to pay upto 18% ROI. I just need the first couple of deals to get me on my way. I want to be in the success team I read all of your success stories and I dream every night of completing my first deal.
