Anybody out there from long island?

Hi,my name is Gary and I would like to know if there is anybody out there from the DG family that lives on long island that have made good deals. I would like to start to offer up properties that have a nice profit potential.
Is there anybody interested in talking about investing with a fellow DG family member?

Help! I think i'm loosing my job!

Gary here,
i just found out after working for the same company for over 13 years that I might loose my job due to the economy.
Now I have no choice but to put this real estate investing into high gear . I'm going to be open to any and all aspects of the business,so if there are any one out there in the same boat, lets work together to be successful!
