Hello all:

I'm a new investor building my power team. I'm having a difficult time finding a broker to work with. I've contacted 12 offices with no takers. Did others in Chicago have problems. I appreciate any and all suggestions. I refused to give up but I am getting frustrated.

Hi:
How about getting your own license to get started? Then you can do your own research as you build your business.
Just a thought as I'm thinking of doing the same. Just be sure to check conflict of interest with being a licensed agent when doing your own deals.

Hi and thanks for your comment. I had a brokers license in the mid 70's to mid 80's and did well in "traditional" broker activities. According to Dean's class; the purpose of building a power team is to have subject matter experts to assist in our success by way of sharing knowledge and delegating. How many balls can you juggle at once? Share the load...build a power team.
