New Jersey??

Hello everyone,

I recently compiled a list of vacant properties in the NJ area that I'd like to get deals done with. However I have no idea where to start or how to get the new number of the owner of the vacant properties. Are there any RE agents or investors that would like to team up with me and work through my list? I'd rather share a profit than do it by myself and not get anything. Any one who frequently invests in vacant homes or just understands the process I'd be so grateful if you would help me or even partner with me. I'm not oppose to either. Thanks and God bless,
