It's a great tool to use to help analyze your deals (and did I mention it's FREE)! But, you really should spend the $97 and get the full premium edition! IT'S AWESOME!!
Thanks for the advice. I can not pay for the Investor Membership but they do have a free quest sign up that allows me to attend the meetings.
Since I'm still new at this is there any specific group I should be looking for? I still have not completed my 1st deal and have tried to submit offers but the Real Estate Agent I was working with wanted me to sign over a $1000 check that he can use for escrow. any advice would be great.
Ive been attending a group called the Incubator you can find it on meetup.com. Its free and very informative. Its been going on for almost 4 years.
