Mike there are a couple of investor groups there in the Dallas area, maybe try going there and talk with the people there. You can look online to find out the names of them and the days they meet also. There is one I have been to a couple times they meet one thursday a month, they provide free snacks and drinks, first time you go there is free the after this you can pay at the door 25 i think it was or you can become a member and pay monthly.
