Jonathan hopefully all is starting out great for you at the real estate office (I was a former real estate agent I let my license lapse this year i was with AC Lawrence) hopefully you picked a good school (since you can network with contractors, inspectors, etc ) but your in a great location to start there are different methods to start but the best is reading Dean's free book profit from real estate in 30 days it gives a good blueprint. Once you read that book you ate well on your way.... here in NYC/ NY we are only allowed to do double close no assignments are allowed.... I take it we can call on you as our realtor
