I am looking for anyone who may be operating or thinking of operating in the State in any capacity.. I am 62 years old an am just getting serious about REI here in Hawaii and the other 49 States...Please respond to this post and I will make every attempt to hook up with you whether you are active or just seeking information. I would especially like to connect with anyone currently active in flipping or rehabbing anywhere in the State as a way of making a living. Seems as though there are not to many interested in networking in the Hawaiian Islands. Or maybe there are other extenuating circumstances. Seems to me that the time is ripe for the real estate market. Just wish there were more interested in the State.I shall keep trying to work the local market with the limited resources available. If there are anyone who's interested in flipping big dollar investments, please give a holler...I have done the research and would be happy to share info in return for sharing the legwork involved for a share of the returns...Cheers and Aloha'z...
