Hello Everyone,

My name is Deborah Hill and I am new to this site. I'm reading the 30 Days pdf so I'm posting in a forum like it says to do. So far I really like what I am reading so I am really trying to stay focus and set my goals and make this venture work.

I really would like to hear of your experiences with following Dean's 30 Days. I'm in Los Angeles and look forward to any replies.

Hello Deborah

Congrats on starting your 30 day journey to closing your deal! I am in the Bay Area and i'm on day 5 of my 30 days. Ive spoken with dozens of real estate agents and picked up Dean's book, 'Be A Real Estate Millionaire'. Currently doing some market research and then moving forward to the next step. It's exciting meeting others like yourself on the same journey!
