Hello everyone, I recently read Dean's book and have never been more anxious about anything. Like ever. I'm not asking for a lot of help, however I just need some guidance. It would be amazing and would help me dramatically if an experienced Real Estate Investor could help me out and explain a little more about the contracts to me. I just have a couple small confusions and I'd be so grateful if someone helped clear them up. I can't wait until my first successful deal because that's all it takes! Thank you guys so much.
