After doing some research, the owner appears to have inherited the lots and wants to sell due to tax reasons. The deal is there and a $100,000 profit could be made from this procurement! The properties are along a popular corridor and are close to schools and shopping. Commuters will love the location with the proximity to I-95!
I'm requesting some contacts in the Alexandria area who are interested in buying vacant land at a steal! In the next few months, build the homes to suit the neighborhood, then sell for a maximum return on your investment!
