I have a plan for success and my first step is building a quality buyers list of investors who can and are buying NOW! I would love to add anyone from my DG family who is interested in purchasing properties at 50%-80% of value in the Raleigh / Durham area of NC. I would love pick your brain if you are an investor in my area (over coffee maybe -- another one of life's pleasures). Also, it would be nice to have an accountability partner...I've heard it's easy as a newbie to get overwhelmed, frustrated and never make it. I'm determined not to be one of these statistics!!!

I appreciate your asking my assistance in helping you find a home to move into. Unfortunately, I'm currently focusing my efforts solely in the Raleigh-Durham area and I don't have or know of any houses in your specified area. I also just got the book and started reading. I've been interested in REI for quite some time now but I've had nothing but naysayers in my corner. I would truly love to make them eat their words with consistent and continued successes. I'm currently in the military (23 years) but I live in Garner, just East of Raleigh. I work right next to the State Fairgrounds. I just thought I'd send you a message and see where it leads from there. I'm willing to work my butt off to get this thing going. I have no previous experience as well but I'm so looking forward to find someone to bounce ideas off, get opinions, and go through the learning process...maybe together our learning curve won't be as steep. I'm looking forward to a long and prosperous friendship.
