Greater Fort Myers Florida/Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach
I've been off this site for awhile getting acclimated to being a licensed agent in Ohio and Florida and am now increasing my workload since getting my first transaction in Ohio out of the way (foreclosure sold to my mom who got me in this business years ago and JUST about through a nightmare transaction with best friend buying 2nd home on Hutchinson Island Florida).
ANYWAYS..taking it up a couple notches and ready for more Investors in Toledo Ohio area and vacation/second homes buyers in Greater Fort Myers FL area (including Cape Coral which is flooded with property.)
One of my passions as well is Fort Myers Beach...I am getting to know that area REALLY well and am actually working with a couple friends who would love to purchase a small INN on the Island right across from the Gulf but needs some Investors. This would be more of a lifestyle investment that one could ENJOY...not a pure investment like we typically talk about on this site.
