What part of WV, Bill? I'm in Ohio, right on the river. Close to Huntington and Charleston.

I am wanting to invest around Charleston.Looking for small acreges with 3 2 house.I believe these will be come very desireble in future.

Have you ever found anything in the Charleston area yet Bill? Just wondering if you have had any luck. Are you interested in the surrounding cities? Dunbar, Institute, St Albans, Teays Valley? Putnam County had been a boom town up until the last year or so.
