I've bought the two books, the Automated Foreclosure Finder, the Probate Finder, as well as the Edge Home Study Course and I've read them all and listened to the CDs and I've even bought one of those small DVD players and hook up the ear pieces and listen as I drive. I do the reading at the end of the day and part of the early a.m. I own a small residential remodeling business (or rather it owns me, just for the time being) and with the current economical conditions, it has been really slow for my business and I've spent so much more time trying to get work. I've always loved real estate, ever since I sold my first house and made 39% on it. I've spent thousands of dollars on different real estate courses but never really taken any action. I went through my own foreclosure many years ago and it made me a little gun shy about taking chances. When I first heard Dean on one of those 2 AM slots, there was just something different that resonated with me about him. I guess it was the ernestness in his voice that lead me to believe that he truly did want to help others (not just line his pockets) and this is what I've been waiting for and it gave me hope for a future. I listen every day to the Edge DVDs while driving my truck. I've started pausing the dvd after someone in the audiance asks a question, answer it myself out loud as if I'm explaining it to someone. Then I'll re-start it and compare my answer. I've started making my team, getting both investor buyers and tenant buyers, and I've got an 888 toll free number now. So I'm going to be real busy, setting everything up as well as real tired. But just like Matt Larson, I will succeed. By the way, I enjoyed all of the speakers on the Edge dvds and Dean was right. As I've listened to them over and over, there are certain bits and pieces of information that resonate with me that is leading me to develop my 'niche'.
