help..i'm in the success academy and learning;however, an opportunity has come up in my area I'd like to jump on it and get the ball rolling, but I'm still at a loss for what to say.
Here's the deal..private, professional couple seeks lakeside cottage/camp/seasonal home. (repairs needed ok) and the property needs to be w/in an hour of where I live. paying CASH, no brokers needed.
I haven't called them yet but would like to tonight before the deal is gone.
they posted an ad in the local free-paper on fri 10/29.
