opinion PA MARKET

Hey Everyone im Just Curious to know if anyone could give me an opinion on the pa market preferably reading pa. Thinking about purchasing some properties out there really soon been looking at multifams. Also if there is any agents or any1 that has listing in that area and is willing to email me them that would be great.
