I am looking for a mentor in the nj area. i want to start out doing assignments and need some helpful do's and dont's .
Just kidding. I did however, ask the same question a few weeks back. My name is Daryl Mau and I know that Carol is very busy, Sorry Carol I'm not trying in any way to speak for you or hijack this thread. Kittylover500, I found much of what I wanted to know in Carol's journal. But rest assured that you will receive a reply from Carol herself. Just wanted to let you know from my experience. There are not a lot of do's and don'ts. We DO Learn from our mistakes, and we Don't learn from inaction or fear. Live in freedom or live in feardom. You choose.

thank you, i know she is VERY busy but I just respect her and her story so much that i would do anything for her to be my mentor! Plus she is doing what I want to do and I am also in NJ where things seem to be a little different than most other states. I am very motivated but I just get confused with some of the paperwork and I have not been able to find what I have been looking for in all of the journals and posts I read. Like, do I need attorney review for an assignment in NJ? When do I get paid? Do I need a double closing? What if I do not find a buyer? What if the end buyer bails out? What do I call my fee so I do not get in a legal battle with real estate agents? How do word the exit caluses? What is an IEE? How do i go about getting an escrow account? Who do I have to pay during this transaction? So many questions and I just want to get started already!!!
Didn't mean to discourage you and understand you perfectly. Keep up the good work, study hard and be persistent in trying to connect with Carol as I have been doing. In that respect, I have signed in to twitter where Carol has a ton of info. My heart felt desire for you to succeed. Any way I may be of assistance would be my honor and privilege remember that I am also a newbie and face the same obstacles as you. Let's find out together.
