OfflineI wanted to purchase the SFL but did not have the funds. Having cash flow issues thanks to non-paying customers. With what money I did have I got the Edge Program. Late nights and early mornings studying. Got my Attny, RE agent and been looking at properties. With the stress of bills, working, and not keeping up, wanting more for my family, thinking things can't get worse, they do. Divorce. Nuf said. I am heart broke, I need to make this work. I am a possitive person but this is tough. I'm a contractor and as soon as I find a investor partner or any help whatever I want to make this a happy ending and a success story.
Not sure why I felt the need to post this, maybe it's therapy.

surprisingly enough, you're not alone in feeling that way! I did not have the money to get the SFL system OR the EDGE video, but that will not stop me from reaching the goals I have set for my kids and I! I look at at them and that's ALL the motivation I need! I want to say to you to be encouraged and stay focus on your goals and dreams for a better future. I'm divorced myself but that has given me more determination to make it in REI! I thank God for my situation everyday, because in the end, it has made me a stronger and more success driven person. What we put into our lives is what we will ultimately get out of it, let's choose to put hark work in so we can reap it's reward in the near future! I have lots that I can be sorrowful about, but on this day, I choose to be joyful that I have found this opportunity to make a difference in our lives! Keep going friend, you'll be just fine.
