Baltimore Assignment of Contracts

Hello everyone,

This is my first post and I look forward to many more in the future. My question was, has anyone been doing assignment of contracts in the Baltimore area? Have you had any luck with this technique and have you run into any legality issues by doing so within Maryland?

I am a current resident of Baltimore, and have been learning as much as I can about the area and its real estate market. If you have any tips for the area as well, that would be wonderful! Thanks in advanced for the help!

assignments

my cousin,who is a real estate attorney in baltimore and owns his own title company has told me that it is legal to assign in baltimore.Lets get together and compare notes.I have just finished reading my first dg book and am overwhelmed by all the info.
