I know it's not south Georgia but I know of a lease option there. 3/2 asking $63,500 and they already have another house. For a cash buyer he will go to %55k but he just relisted ( before my expired listings letter got there)so he will be paying commission. Sold comps average $60k.
Not much equity but it's been redone and needs nothing.
