I entered California as my state to look up the
above and I was hoping to get a bunch of private investors but most or all I come across are already established advertising their own services to the general public to those selling their homes regardless of condition at purchase.
I don't know how to approach these types as an investor
to locate properties for other investors. I was looking for "private" investors especially in the Sonoma county areas where I have lived there since the early 1950's.
Also, I understand we can all have our own website set up here about REI and not sure how to go about getting one for myself so any help is appreciated regarding the two. I wouldn't mind "Bird dogging" in this area of choice once I can get back there, I'm stuck in the fairfield area (for now) till I have a chance to move back there.
In the meanwhile, I read up on topics posted in here and Deans books that I have two of so far. As I understand it, I would not need a license in Ca. to bird dog for an investor as long as I only "introduce" the parties involved, buyer /seller and
only if they were both interested in going through the legal process and myself collecting a fee for putting them together.
Any advice I'd appreciate, and thanks!
