I want to take the time to explain what I am 99.9% sure DG.com superstar Matt Larson (cbrpower) is basing his GO FAST techniques on. I am pretty sure he is basing what he does in real estate on a technique he pulled from the manufacturing industry. It is a process called LEAN MANUFACTURING.
The main objective of LEAN is to break down your process into its individual steps and take a look at where you are losing time and productivity. Once you figure out where you are losing time, you go to work trying to figure out how to make up that time without losing quality and productivity, thus maximizing results and adding profit to your bottom line. You can get more done in less time. This is what Matt is doing with is 25:1 system. You are taking you possible leads and breaking them down to find the ones have the highest possibility of getting accepted. You are "trimming the fat" so to speak. You are not wasting time on leads that will take you nowhere. Matt is a very smart man. He works smart and not hard. We all need to learn from him. Take his techniques and run with them!
