Investing Partner Wanted in the Philadelphia Area - We Have the Deals!!!

Hey Guys/Gals,

I have been wholesaling real estate now for about a year and I am looking to utilize my resources and deals and start rehabbing and doing some fix and flips.

I have been wholesaling 2-5 properties a month, but I really want to start getting into the rehabs myself. I have a full team of contractors through partnerships and family (GC, plumbers, electricians, etc), and I am looking for an equity partner who wants to make some money with real estate.

I am finding really good deals every month (I spend around $2,000/mo in marketing). The most recent deal I wholesaled I got for $98k and sold off to an investor for $107k. The property needs about $25k in rehab, and the ARV is $205k. Although I am very happy with my $9k assignment fee, I would definitely love to reap the rewards of the $70k profit of a fix and flip.

I would love to sit down and meet with anyone who may be interested in a partnering with me on a deal like the one above. It doesn't have to be those high of numbers, I wholesale all kinds of deals from $70k ARV to $300k ARV.
