OfflineI wanted to say "Hello" to all of the "DG" family and say thank you to Dean and his team for the opportunity.
I'm building my "team" and am looking for (of course) Cash investors and people who I can develop a relationship / help if I can. I believe that we reflect the company we keep and I am hopeful to meet as many great people in REI as I can.
I will be working diligently on getting my REI up and running and wanted to thank everyone for all of the tips an strategies I am reading. I have wanted to do this for some time, and I have finally decided that it is time to just take a leap of faith, strap on my helmet and go for it.
I look forward to learning all I can from each of you and offer a lot of construction industry advice should anyone in Alabama (or anywhere else) wish to ask some contracting questions...I'm here to help.

Thanks for taking the time to post! It's great to see that the DGer family is close by. Well, as an FYI, I am getting my first deal under contract Monday and have found that the diligence (and the DG Family!!!) is paying off. I have one that thanks to Dean, Matt and everyone else in the Family should net me a good assignment due to the location, possibilities, comps and the home. I have used the techniques to get connected with an agent who happens to have "pocket" REO's and is feeding them to me almost daily. I appreciate the bird dog offer...but I am in my 6 Month "Assignment" and "Wholesale" phase...my target # is $50K in 6 Months, I hope to beat it!!! looks like I am on my way!! Have the 1-800#, Flyers, Bandit Signs and am networking like a mad man!! Thanks Dean! and thanks to everyone else as well!
