I am in Southern California, in Imperial Valley County, and the cities are:
Brawley, Ca. 92227
Calexico, Ca. 92231
El Centro, Ca. 92243
Heber, Ca.
Holtville, Ca.

But, i am like 120 miles from San Diego, Ca. and Palm Springs, Ca.
Do you have any properties in mind in California?

Just let me know your property criteria and i will do my best so we can team up and start making money!

The Best Short-sales are in Valencia , Woodland Hills , & Encino Which I can add these to the list & I found A few in San Diego as well .

I'll get to looking up Props tonight what is your Price range ? I usually go for anything Between $100K to $300K .

Team up

Hi Greg:
I am open to any idea or deal, i am new on DG Family, just couple of weeks.
I read that you like wines, try Menage et Tua, can find it in Costco or Vons, or the internet, i try it and likes it.
I am in Southern California, in Imperial Valley County: El Centro, Ca, Brawley,Ca and Calexico, Ca.
There's is a lot of properties with up to 30% - 40% below market value here.
Hope we can team up with something.
