I am rather new, but learning quickly and taking action.
BUT...
Hey I thought it'd be cool to get together and have a meetup. I realize that there are people in all varying parts of the process, but it'd be great to talk and share - not just with investors, but with other DGers.
Maybe even connect and do a deal together. I know we all have issues with time, energy, motivation, so it may be awesome to connect, encourage and boost each others confidence. Heck maybe some of us could even team up and share the work load to get a first deal.
To me (and most here probably), the money part is great, but the experience is more valuable.
That all said, rather than a real long forum thread, PM me with a way to email you and shortly I'll email the group and we can create a meetup.
You can post something here as well if it keeps the thread active so other OC DGers can find it.
If you know other OC DGers on the board, PM them and tell them about this.
If you are nearby OC and would be into a meetup, the more the merrier.
