No problem at all. Lots of the buyers in my investment clubs are doing subject to's and owner financing. Many cash buyers that I meet turn out to be wholesalers . I guess I need to ask for proof of funds from the start huh? You can see one of my deals in classifieds on this sight. Good neighborhood & still has 50% equity(65k) after rehab.
