Rock Bottom Blueprint Newbie!

Finally found a agent who was eager, real eager to work with an investor. I am really giving this a shot, it has to work I've got nothing else. Working from the Rock Bottom Blueprint Week 1. Found an agent who has pulled cash buyers in my area for the last 90 days and he came up with 404. Even though Dean said not to get overwhelmed, its hard not to. When I started the Blueprint I felt in control, now that I have found an agent and he is pulling cash buyers, I feel like I am just along for the ride and spinning out of control. Any advice from current members would be greatly appreciated.
