So for the website, I am interested but are you sure you got the right URL? because the word "Properties" is spelled wrong and I opened it and nothing came up so I fixed the error and I still got nothing. If it is just a type please message me I would love to take a look at it.
And Talk to a real estate agent. Tell them that you want sales in the area within the last 6-8 months. And don't let that area be to large because then you just get to many. But don't be afraid to ask. That is their job and what they are there for.
