We as wholesalers can assist them bc we have investors that are cash buyers we can bring them. They can put it up forsale as fsbo but it will be on the market for a long time most likely. And if they list it with a realtor they will charge them 6% to sell it. We can wholesale it and not charge them a fee
just dont know HOW or have the time or want to deal with the hassle of tons of ppl scheduling a time and going thru their house as a potential buyer...
ALOT of ppl Refuse to deal with realtors and pay 6% or more.
Learn to 'be creative' by learninf (listening) to seller and WHY the need to sell. Use the techniques and strategies to put a win/win/ win deal together and HELP them and get paid.
