Commercial Property Assistance Needed

Hello Everyone!

I am in need of some assistance with Commercial Property. I want to know what questions to ask the seller? I know what to ask the sellers of residential properties, just not sure what to ask sellers of commercial properties. There has to be a slight difference with questions I would assume. I have been searching for the answers on the forum but perhaps I overlooked them during my search. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Questions for Commercial

Hmmm...I've never found the conversations to be that different. The nice thing about commercial is that it is generally less emotional. Just like talking to any other seller, the most important thing is that you feel confident.
What kind of property are you looking at?

Commercial Property Assistance Needed

Thank you for replying to my question. The type of property I am looking at is A Convenience Store and a Restaurant & Inn. This is actually my first time calling sellers of Commercial Properties. I wanted to make sure I was asking the correct questions.
