By far the best way to find great deals that no one else knows about is bandit signs. I put my signs out friday night and pick them up sunday night. I usually put 15-25 signs out around my town and usually on average my phone rings 5-10 times a day. I just got a great probate deal from my bandit signs...
Go to signwarehouse.com and buy them. Yellow 18x24 sign with black writing. Works everytime. Just like dean says in his new book!!

I haven't gotten my first deal yet but my phone is ringing from both buyers and sellers. I just need to find the right intersection to post my signs.

Where I live, there are always bandit signs throughout town. I will just have to pick different intersections.
