Lynnette you need to read Deans "30 Days to Real Estate Cash" and "Be a Real Estate Millionaire" to get the education you need to do this. Which if any of Deans books do you have ?? If you can only get one book at a time get "30 DAYS" first then get the other one when you can. Watch all the videos and read info on this website. All the books have great info in them. But "30 DAYS" and BARM are the ones to get. I wouldn't be without any of them myself.
Also you will find people more receptive to helping you if you fill out your bio. we would like to know where you are and a little something about you. DO NOT DO NOT get discouraged and do not quit. You can do this. We all can.

I believe what these potential 'buyers' are saying is that you must have an agreed contract with the seller (purchase and sale agreement) signed and ready for them to take over via "assignment of contract". you still have much to learn and they see that. It's great that your actively applying yourself, don't stop.
If your focus is to make some money in this business as quickly as possible, then focus your research on this site and in Dean's books on 'bird-dogs' and 'wholesaling'. Walt and Tammy are right to point you in this direction, but could've been more clear on exactly what to look for.
