OfflineDoes anyone have any suggestions as to the best way to find CASH buyers for commercial properties, real buyers. We have buyers, get them the properties they ask for, but when it's time for them to provide POF or LOI, they won't proof up. Any thoughts would be helpful.

I think you can have a local commercial agent pull up a sold list for your area. It would include all properties sold via cash or financing in the last 3 mo., but, I would go farther than that up to 1yr. Or, look up a few apartment complexes on the county tax assessor site & mail them a buyer leter but taylor it to m I ltifamily properties.
