So recently I was listening to a podcast......
In respect to marketing and social media.......and it hit me...... We are all visual and audio human beings. I follow many people for different reasons, I.E. Health,Real Estate,etc.
Why not as a collective community re-enforce our marketing to a broader audience, and refresh our marketing techniques, this is what I was thinking.
Using these platforms:
(it's mostly pictures and now 15 second video clips) by using hash tags we can take a picture of our bandit signs and share it with an audience. Which can direct it back to our web pages, which will have a podcast. And the captive audience can listen to us, in respect to our individual states.
Make a podcast:
(podcast: podcast (or netcast) is a digital medium consisting of an episodic series of audio, video, PDF, or ePub files subscribed to and downloaded through web syndication or streamed online to a computer or mobile device.)
This is what Dean uses when he makes the weekly wisdoms, you can also make just an audio version only.
People love freebies.....
So why not mention free ways to help our potential clients, such as taking away the mystery of home ownership, explaining lease options ( remember those students who are crushed with student debt but can not afford a traditional loan? Well we can now assist them! ), etc.
Explain the process of traditional buying methods and what to expect.....
Educate the client, and help them take action by using our creative techniques.
Wouldn't you feel more comfortable if you heard how the process is, instead of feeling worried with no hopes?
Putting it out there to see which DG Family would be interested.....

With a podcast a radio/video broadcast others can do the hard work for you and you just input the information through the ways you advertise. We can help each other with this.
