Question

Question

When starting out wholesaling, is it a good idea to get with an agent to get potential deals from the MLS or seek FSBO's through effective marketing? It seems like there would be more competition with MLS properties. So what are my chances of getting a property at a huge discount when there are others willing to pay much more? If that's true, do I really need an agent if I'm wholesaling properties? Please help me get started!

YES YOU SHOULD GET AN AGENT !!

But the bigger question is have you read deans book ? "30 days to real estate cash" It's totally free downloadable right on this website up on the right hand side of the main page. His book "TOTALLY FULFILLED" which you get when you download the 30 days is also a fantastic book and you get it for free as well.

THE "YELLOW BOOK" will teach you how to wholesale houses. the whole recipe is in there. you will learn how to get an agent and all about wholesaling. You can do this. Dean has to many successful students dooing it. I just had a meeting with a fellow wholesaler in my area. it was a great meeting she has houses and I'll bring the buyers.... awesome this is so much fun.....you can do this no matter what obstacle or reason you think is holding you back you can do it.

DO NOT !!! HESITATE TO COME HERE AND ASK YOUR ?'S

happy investing,

Thanks Walt

I've read '30 days to real estate cash'! Awesome as well as informative material! I just would like someone to provide some initial guidance in this Early phase of Wholesaling! Once again thanks for the References Walt!

It is true

that FSBO are the best for getting great deals, unless you have money to get properties. If you have a really really strong buyers list and know exactly what they want then MLS may be good also, but getting the best deals, is like you said, not that easy.

Call for rent signs as well

ask about the home and if it is also for sale, if they say yes, then you potentially have one or more properites you can get from them. If they say no, tell them you are an investors and find great properties like the homes they have, but that you cannot always acquire all of them. Ask if you may let them know when you come across more.

Thanks Femailceo for the Valuable Information!

Waide

From what you have said you are looking to wholesale.

You are doing it backwards, find buyers first....Then all you have to do is find what they want and assign the deal over to them, go get your check from closing..

Sounds easy doesn't it, nope it takes work and you have to do it..Dont get me wrong im just saying you have to put some work into this that's all.

First off..put ads on social media, bandit signs, papers, billboards anything you can think of saying I HAVE A HOUSE FOR SALE CHEAP NEEDS LOTS OF WORK...

Your phone will ring.

I will look forward to your next question.

Aaron
