Busy Intersections

Hey there DG Team!

What's a good way to find busy intersections?

Have a great day!

Contact your local Transportation Department they can give you a printout of high traffic volume areas.
Put out your bandit signs on fri night pickup sun night, code enforcers are in those areas. Also people will find a way around busy intersection so after you get your printout look at side roads that go around those busy areas.

Don't use your cell number for bandit signs, I like to use magic jack because they cant find me to give me a fine, just a thought.

You need to be investing in areas that you know. You need to know what the values are in those areas, if they are first time home buyer areas, if they are rental/owner occupied neighborhoods, etc.

If you know or research what is needed to know about your area in order to invest there, I would think that you would be familiar with your area enough to know where the busy intersections are. If not, you need to do more research and aren't ready to start investing seriously yet.
