Buyer 3:Budget up to $1.8Billion and they want properties that are in NYC,Los Angeles,San Francisco,San Diego that are off-market commercial investment properties with a Cap rate of 2% and they are looking to buy Office buildings,NPNs and Hotels nationwide.
Buyer 4:Budget up $200MM in Los Angeles that are commercial buildings with high occupancy and decent cap rates hat are Mixed Use,Hotels or Apartments
Buyer 5:Budget up to $300MM and this buyer only wants properties in NYC,they are looking to buy Apartments or Condos and commercial buildings with high occupancy and decent cap rate with upside,Mixed Use and Multifamily properties that are off-market.
Buyer 6: Budget up to $100MM to $200MM of properties that are in Atlanta's Buckhead area that are Office Buildings only and that are off-market.
