I would like to know if anyone has any ideas for a script for FSBO's or sellers who are not in or facing foreclosure but who's home has been on the market for a long time and just want to sell their home fast. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There are a number of scripts in the book "profit from real estate right now" that Dean gives us to use and tweak to fit our particular needs. You should consult there first to see if any of those would be of value to you.

Look on pages 76-78 of Profit From Real Estate Right Now". I think that is what you're looking for. Like Dean says, just tweak it to fit your needs. Good Luck!
