what type of house are they interested in buying.
how many bedrooms and bathrooms wanted.
thier price range and more..
Just say that you are investor and have knock on finding great deals. Ask them if they would be interested if you find them great deal at a lower discount then the action you attended!! after they say sure, then begin by asking them property criteria, financing, how often they buy, location etc...hope it helps, good luck, let us know how it goes!
P.S at the most spend only couple min with each potential buyer and move on!!
watch what theyre bidding on youll get an idea.
