I'm completely new, but one strategy I find intriguing is bird-dogging. Just have a few questions...

What types of contracts are involved?

Is there an average set rate for bird-dogging?

How do you ensure payment?

Any information would be extremely helpful thank you.

Actually you should be able to go to the "Forms & Docs" section of the site & get A Copy of The Agreement .

I also have A Finders Fee PDF off online that you can Modify & use for finders fees .
