You could list your mother and father brother and sisters friends your home your job You can quickly list about 30 or more things and then notice that you have a lot to be thankful for,but suddenly you will be in a terrific mood.

I definitely agree! It's all about perspective! Changing your perspective on a situation, changes your outlook and allows you to see the same situation in a different light.

I have learned through Dean and Peter Diamandis that an attitude of GRATITUDE is paired with ABUNDANCE, and that of INGRATITUDE is paired with SCARCITY. Powerful!
