I AM BRAND NEW!!

I just purchased Dean's books and I am considering enrolling in his success academy. I have no money, poor credit. I was thinking to get started by assigning contracts. Do you have to get a mortgage or put money down in order to purchase and assign to someone else?? When do you get paid? Can anyone walk me thru step by step?

Chapter 3

I am on Chapter 3 of BARM and I"m having a hard time understanding interest rates on the historical interest rate website expample: Where were interests rates six months ago ? Please help
