Sending Probate Letter To The Personal Representative

Sending Probate Letter To The Personal Representative

I wanted to know who is currently buying probate properties, and is sending out letters to the Personal Representative....

Is their a generic letter out there that is solely used for the PR to accept your low offer w/o any hesitation from the point of when they read the letter the first time. Wording in the letter does make allot of difference & it will determine the decision if the PR will accept your offer or just pro-long it. The point of sending the letter is for the PR to accept the offer right away & contact you to allow for the estate to be sold at any given offer.

I know that it's not a good idea to say "I'm sorry for your lost" most of the time the PR will not want to speak with you, also remember that just because you're able to get a hold of the PR doesn't mean the death had just happen, it could take a few weeks, or months before the probate property is listed for the public.

If you have any feed back to add about writing a professional probate letter to a PR, or if you have one and it works every time than please share this so others can achieve probate success as well, for those who been having a hard time with it. Thanks in advance for sharing!

Everyone Can Make A Difference!
