OfflineI feel like giving up almost every day, in fact. Not all day, of course, but there are moments. My bet is that you have those moments, too. If you're the kind of high-achieving, goal-oriented person you're probably used to running into obstacles. Professional obstacles, personal obstacles. Most of the time, we deal with the obstcles by perservering. Sometimes we get discouraged and turn to inspeirational writing, like stuff from Vince Lombardi:Quitters never win and winners never quit." Bad advice. Winners quit all the time. They just quit the right stuff at the right time. And once you understand the common sinkhole that trips up so many people you'll be one step closer to getting through it.
Extraordinary benefits accure to the tiny minority of people who are able to push just a tiny bit longer than most.It's about getting through the hard stuff and coming out on the other side.

I am not alone if that's the case. I'm a challenge lover but a lot of times that word QUIT always would pop-up. Seing my friends who are successful in there 9-5 Jobs tortures me and can't help but think that if I did not quit my job 3 years ago, I am now like what they are. But as you said, we are used to obstacles and right now we are on our way in achieving our dreams. Thanks for posting this. I already deleted the word "QUIT" from my english vocabulary. LOL. I go through these same emotions, and sometimes I'm just so overwhelmed with everything I'm trying to accomplish at one time, I literally want to scream. What am I trying to do doing all this stuff at once? Good post and words of wisdom!
